Partnering with North Downs School

Brockham Green Nursery has a dedicated session for the older children transitioning to School in September.  We start to talk about starting school, looking more at literacy where children are able to choose a book from our library to share with parents/carers each week and looking at phonics combined with trips to North Downs School to become familiar with the school environment and the reception class.  Even if your child does not plan to attend North Downs School, it helps to support the transition to a school environment.
