Fee Payment and Vouchers

Fees are calculated and billed at the beginning of the term in which your child starts. Payments are made via bank transfer. The Nursery also accepts Nursery vouchers which are administered via your Employer – please speak to the Administration Assistant if you wish to use this payment method.

If the parent is experiencing problems paying the fees, they should contact the Administration Assistant so that a more flexible arrangement can be made.

Where fees are more than one month in arrears the Nursery reserves the right to withdraw that child’s place.

Full fees are due whether or not the child attends all the sessions available to them.

Parents will be given fair notice of any increase in fees.

The Nursery requires one full term’s notice in writing if a child is leaving the Nursery other than at the normal age of transfer to school. If less notice is given then fees will be charged in lieu of notice. This charge will be refunded if the Nursery is able to fill the vacancy.

Free Education and childcare

The government has created a new initiative for children aged 9 months to 2 years for parents who work. This means that you may be able to apply for a code for funding 15 hours of free education. Please click here to for more.

Children aged 3 to 4 years of age are also entitled to 15 hours of free funding. You can your eligibility for 30 hours funding here.

Early Years Pupil Premium

Early Years Pupil Premium is funding from the Government for early years settings. It can be used to improve the education provided for eligible children accessing funded entitlements. See here for more information.
